Minataur Head by Tim Shaw

A large Minotaur Head created by Tim Shaw was unveiled outside the Royal Opera House by Sir Harrison Britwhistle in early April 2008.

The piece was unveiled to coincide with the opening of the new opera 'The Minotaur' and will be on display until this finishes on the 21st July.

The Head was cast in resin because of time constants but we hope to receive several bronze commissions for this dramatic sculpture.

We also procured the stunning corten steel base that the Minotaur is displayed on.
